Cats Adopted from Avon Cat Rescue come with Five weeks free pet insurance - whatever their age!
Our Outdoor and Farm Cats:
We usually have some cats at the rescue who have lived as feral or stray cats and are not friendly enough to be homed as indoor pets. Even though you can't cuddle these cats they can be very rewarding to own. Sometimes they help with pest control and seeing their expectant faces as they wait to be fed is a pleasure especially as you see their trust in you begin to grow. These cats will need to be kept contained for a couple of weeks before they are let out and then they will always need to have access to somewhere dry and sheltered. They will need to be fed and observed in case they need veterinary attention at any time. If you can offer a home to some of these cats we are sure you won't regret it!.
If you are interested in meeting and potentially taking home one of the individuals listed then please email us Avoncatrescuewelford@gmail.com

These two came to the rescue separately. Sapphire arrived with some kittens that found homes, and Devon was only a big kitten when he arrived. Neither like to be touched and are nervous. Devon isn’t as ferocious as his photo suggests, he doesn’t like me aiming my phone at him to take the photo. They are fond of each other and curl up together on their blanket. They would make ideal farm cats as they are both healthy and energetic.
